NA/51 A Research and Development Module supplementing the National Accounts

Bos, Frits, Hugo Hollanders and Steven Keuning (1992).This paper presents a national accounts framework fully tailored to a description of the role of Research and Development (R&D) in the national economy. The framework facilitates to draw macro-economic conclusions from all kinds of data on R&D (also micro-data and qualitative information). Figures presented in this way can serve as a data base for modelling the role of R&D in the national economy.
