A report that is filed with Veilig Thuis - which means Safe at Home - of a situation of (suspected) domestic violence or child abuse, including identification of the persons involved. The difference with an advice is that the responsibility for keeping track of the safety of the persons involved is transferred from the person making the report to Veilig Thuis.
