ICT use in companies

© ANP
Many companies use information and communication technologies (ICT), such as websites, social media, cloud services and artificial intelligence. But what is the big picture regarding the use of ICT in the Netherlands? To understand this better, Statistics Netherlands (CBS) conducts the ICT Usage in Enterprises survey. Your company’s participation is indispensable for this survey.

The survey provides researchers, policymakers and the business community with an accurate picture of the use of ICT in companies and how this is changing over time. The survey can provide valuable information for you, too, enabling you to compare your use of ICT with the figures for the business community as a whole.
