Act on Income Provisions for Older and Partially Disabled Unemployed Persons (IOAW)
The law provides older and partially disabled persons, whose claim to benefits under the Unemployment Benefits Act (WW) has ended, with a minimum guaranteed income. The law came into force on 1 January 1987 and was revised as per 1 January 1996.
