More than 380 bankruptcies in January
In January, a total of over 380 businesses and institutions (excluding one-man businesses) went bankrupt. This is 10 percent down on January 2006.

In 2006, more than 4,200 businesses and institutions went bankrupt. This is significantly lower than in the previous year. In 2006, the number of bankruptcies in manufacturing industry and financial services decreased considerably. In the sector hotels and restaurants, the number of bankruptcies increased.
