- Am I required to provide data?
Yes, you are legally obliged to provide the requested data. For more information we refer you to the page: Enforcement.
- Can I apply for a deferment?
If it is not possible for you to complete the survey questionnaire before the required date stated on the form, you can ask for a deferment by telephone (+31) 45 570 64 00 (Monday-Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) or by e-mail:firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Where can I find instructions for filling in the new questionnaire?

- Can I change the language of the questionnaire?
You can change the language of the questionnaire to English once you are logged in. To change the language, click on the UK flag in the top right corner of the screen. The language will be changed to English.
- How can I change my contact details, e.g. address, place or contact person?
For changing your contact details please call the CBS Contact Center. You can only change your company name via the source register, i.e. the Chamber of Commerce or another register.
