The total capacity of solar panels for solar power production has been calculated by adding the estimated capacity at small-scale users to the capacity of installations (mostly large-scale users) registered by CertiQ. The estimated capacity has been calculated based on the development of the total capacity of installations under 10 kilowatts shown in the Production Installation Register (PIR) between 1 October 2017 and 1 October 2018.
