Benefit recipients are individuals who receive unemployment benefits, social assistance or other social provisions, as well as people on a sickness benefit or people with occupational disabilities. Pension payments and study grants are not included. This case refers only to people receiving benefits who are neither in paid work, nor in education, nor retired.
