Goods transported across Dutch territory on their way from one country to another and reloaded here onto other means of transportation or stored temporarily. The goods may be cleared by Dutch customs while inbound or outbound, but are under foreign ownership all throughout the journey. Ownership is not transferred to a Dutch resident at any point in time.
