- All goods initially imported into or manufactured in the Netherlands and
intended for use or consumption outside the Netherlands. Exports also
include goods temporarily exported from the Netherlands which, by order of
a Dutch resident living abroad, undergo treatment (passive finishing
trade). The value of exports includes freight and insurance charges up to
