The Annual Report Youth Monitor 2019 Summary presents an outline of the life situation of Dutch youth at both national and local level. At local level, a description of youth in the Caribbean Netherlands is included.
Topics covered in each edition of the Annual Report Youth Monitor include family situation, growing up on income support, education, labour, lifestyle, crime, youth care and the life situation of young people in the Caribbean Netherlands. The 2019 edition further includes figures on wellbeing and use of the internet.
The Annual Report is a joint publication by the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport (VWS) and Statistics Netherlands (CBS). Its contents are based on figures which have been published on the website: jeugdmonitor.nl
