No, that is not possible. By virtue of Article 33 (4) of the Statistics Netherlands Act, the Director General of Statistics is authorised to request that the data be provided free of charge. Or under Article 38b of the Statistics Netherlands Act, if the data requested concern trade in goods between EU Member States.
