We do not compile the consolidation required by Statistics Netherlands for our own purposes. Are we obliged to compile this consolidation especially for Statistics Netherlands?
Yes. The task of Statistics Netherlands includes providing a representative picture of the state of the Dutch economy. To make this possible, Statistics Netherlands requests a consolidated statement of all group companies established in the Netherlands based on art. 11f Data Acquisition Decree CBS. It is not possible to appeal to the 408 declaration (section 2:408 of the Civil Code) and therefore to benefit from the consolidation exemption for Dutch intermediate holding companies.
