Yes. The task of Statistics Netherlands includes providing a representative picture of the state of the Dutch economy. To make this possible, Statistics Netherlands requests a consolidated statement of all group companies established in the Netherlands based on art. 11f Data Acquisition Decree CBS. It is not possible to appeal to the 408 declaration (section 2:408 of the Civil Code) and therefore to benefit from the consolidation exemption for Dutch intermediate holding companies.
