Under (dwelling/building) transformation, the reuse of existing buildings is understood. If a building is demolished and a new building is placed on the same site, this does not count as a transformation. It refers to the reuse of existing buildings where (one or more) dwellings with non-residential functions disappear or change and instead a dwelling with a residential function is added. Dwellings splits and existing buildings where no new dwellings are created (e.g., a transformation from an office to a shop) do not count here.
