Special Residential Building

A building complex, building, or part of a building that, according to the construction or renovation, is permanently intended for the permanent residence of an institutional household. To be classified as a special residential building, a building intended for residence must meet the following criteria:
1. The building or building complex has one address.
2. The building or building complex is intended for permanent residence.
3. The building or building complex is in use by one legal entity.
4. This legal entity falls within one of the following business groups: - penal institutions, - monasteries, etc., - educational boarding schools, - health care and social services (psychiatric institutions, elderly care homes, nursing homes, etc.).
5. The legal entity uses the building (complex) for the permanent housing and domestic care of a group of people.
