An accomodation object that has at least a residential function (possibly in addition to other functions) as recorded in the Basic Registration of Addresses and Buildings (BAG), located in a building without any other vbo's. This includes freestanding houses, attached houses, corner houses, and through houses, provided they are not split or consist of multiple vbo's.
