Other objects

Other objects (also referred to as other living spaces) are inhabited accomodation objects that do not have a residential function in the Register of Addresses and Buildings ( BAG) (such as commercial buildings) or dwellings that do not belong to the stock. An accomdation object with an office function where a resident is registered is an example of an 'other living space'. If a dwelling is under construction , it is only considered part of the stock when the municiplity has reported construction to be completed in the Register of Addresses and Buildings ( BAG). If the municipality does this after a resident is registered at the address, then the dwelling is regarded an 'other living space'. The same is the case for dwellings that are no longer part of the stock because they are scheduled for demolation. See also 'inhabited other spaces' of which 'other objects' are a subcategory.
