A holiday home is the smallest accomodation object (vbo) located within one or more buildings, accessible via its own entrance from a public road, a courtyard, or a shared traffic area. The residential unit is located on officially designated recreational land and/or intended for habitation during the holiday season (usage purpose is a lodging function and possibly a residential function). Unlike a regular dwelling, a recreational dwelling does not need to be suitable for habitation throughout the year.
