Collective labour agreement (CAO) wage rates
- Gross basic wage rates for hours normally worked by fulltime employees.
- All guaranteed regularly paid allowances fixed or in pursuance of laws.
- All guaranteed allowances fixed or in pursuance of laws that are not paid on a monthly basis such as holiday allowance of end of the year bonus payments.
Excluded are extra allowances that are conditional in the collective labour agreement, such as allowances for age or shifts, and individual pay rises.
