Recently completed newbuild homes

This analysis was carried out for all newbuild homes that were occupied by a single private household with a known annual income on 1 January of the year of completion.
The population studied comprises 77 to 80 percent of the completed newbuild homes.

Homes for which no residents had yet been registered are excluded from the analysis. Institutional households, multiple households per home, and homes that were withdrawn from the housing stock shortly after completion are also excluded from the analysis.
