Commercial flights

All air traffic with the purpose of carrying passengers, cargo and mail on a commercial basis. These flights are categorised as follows:
- Scheduled flights, namely commercial cross-country flights operated on a regular route according to a published timetable.
- Non-scheduled flights, which are commercial cross-country flights operated on an occasional basis (passenger and cargo charter flights).
