Information about the definitions of migration background can be found here. CBS introduced a new classification of migration in February 2022. This classification will gradually be phased in in CBS statistics. The Monitor of well-being & the SDG’s 2022 is based on the former classification of migration background (Native Dutch, western migration background, non-western migration background).
