Family members of a holder of an asylum residence permit who are granted a temporary residence permit (mvv) on special conditions. When granted the mvv, these family members will receive a derived asylum permit upon arrival in the Netherlands. In the past, following family members had to submit an asylum request after which an asylum permit could be granted. The holder of the asylum residence permit has to apply for the mvv(s) within 90 days upon receiving his/her permit, and the mvv remains valid for 90 days.
