Workplace aggression
Aggressive behaviour in the workplace refers to the situation that employees have to cope with intimidation, bullying, physical violence and/or unwanted sexual attention from customers, staff in management positions or colleagues. Aggressive behaviour by colleagues or staff in management positions is defined as internal aggression. Aggressive behaviour by customers, patients, pupils, passengers, etc. is defined as external aggression.
