This group (Statistics Netherlands SIC 78201 and 78202) consists of agencies providing temporary staff, who are paid by the agency (temp agencies). It also includes agencies that provide staff for activities their clients want to outsource. These staff fall under the supervision of and report to the client company, although they are paid by the agency.
