Flexible contract

A contract for a predefined period, and/or the employee is not employed for a fixed number of hours.

Workers with a flexible contract can be distinguished by the nature of the employment contract:

  • temp agency workers;
  • standby or replacement workers;
  • other flexible workers.

The workers referred to in this article work for at least 12 hours a week.
