The IND assessed 34.7 thousand dossiers. Around 27 thousand asylumseekers received an offer under the pardon regulation. Of this group, nearly 26 thousand asylumseekers actually received a residence permit. The remaining one thousand people have still to reply to the offer, or their reply is still being processed. Around 6 thousand people were not eligible for pardon, and 1,400 person were eligible, but had already received a residence permit in the meantime. The dossiers of 300 people were still being assessed.
