Energy bill

The energy bill is calculated on the basis of the average energy consumption by a Dutch household in 2006. (Source: EnergieNed).
Average electricity consumption in 2006 was 3,618 kWh; average natural gas consumption was 1,576 m3. The data collected for the consumer price index (CPI) were used to calculate energy costs.
