Mobility

A person is mobile on the labour market, if they hold their current jobs for less than four years. Persons working more than four years in the same job are considered not mobile. Only persons working 12 hours a week or more are taken into account.

Data are based on the Labour Survey. In this survey, people are asked since when they hold their current jobs. If a person holds more than one job, the job with the highest number of working hours counts.
