Biological pest control

Biological pest control is the use of natural enemies of pests. These may be parasites, such as ichneumon wasps, or predators such as predatory mites, but also insects, mites or insect parasitic nematodes, etc.
This inventory is restricted to applied pest control. Natural occurrence and growth of natural enemies during the cultivation season is not observed. Numbers of nematodes are not given because of the extremely high populations involved in treatment.
