The aggregated figures are divided into sections and chapters. The data are also further classified according to countries (groups) and (sub) continents.

Data available from 1996 up to and including 2012.

Status of the figures:
The figures up to and including 2011 are definite.
The figures of 2012 are provisional. Because the table has been discontinued, the figures will no longer be adjusted.
