Can only the project leader add files and team members?

The project leader can add files and team members to the project, but they also have the authority to authorize a researcher+ to do this.

This can be done by logging into the CBS microdata portal. Go to ‘My Projects,’ and under Team Members, select the team member for whom you want to change permission. If not already so, change the role of this team member to researcher+.

You can grant a researcher+ the following permissions:

• add or change roles for (new) team members
• add files
• add services
• add publications
• change project status
• submit for evaluation
• approval of costs

Finally, click Create to confirm.
