I do not see any screen where I can enter the user name and password.
There could be several reasons for this. 1) You typed the web address into a search engine (e.g. Google). Unfortunately, that doesn't work. As your data are confidential, CBS uses a secure server. Type the link directly into your browser's address bar. 2) You forgot the "s" after "http" when typing in the web address. 3) You cannot access the Internet. Try another website and see if it works. There might be problems with your network connection.
