Summer season

The summer season runs from 26 April to 31 September. This includes the early season, peak season and late summer season. The winter season runs from 1 October to 30 April and lasts approximately 30 weeks. This includes autumn, Christmas, the spring holidays and Easter.

Holidays are assigned to a particular season based on the return date. The figures in this news release have been calculated on the basis of the Dutch population aged 15 years or older.
