For the year 2025, the figures marked with an asterisk are provisional; for the other years, the figures are definitive. Every year, the definitive figures are higher than the provisional figures. For 2024, the number of young people receiving youth support in the final figures was 2.1 percent higher than in the provisional figures. Increasing the number of young people receiving youth support in 2025 by this percentage results in a more accurate estimate. Based on these revised figures, we expect that 475,000 young people to have received youth support in kind. This still represents a fall compared to 2024. For the number of young people in youth protection and youth rehabilitation services, the difference between the provisional and final figures is negligible.
