Inlcudes all people aged 55 or over who are officially resident in the Netherlands, and whose main source of income in November at the start of the reporting period was not a pension (or who had no income), and whose main source of income in the subsequent November was a pension. ‘Pension’ includes benefits paid under the State Pension Act (AOW), occupational pensions, survivors’ pensions, annuities and benefits under the General Surviving Relatives Act (ANW).
