For this study, Statistics Netherlands performed further analysis on the Statistic for Workers Born Abroad statistic from fiscal year 2024, combined with additional information from the policy records of the Employee Insurance Agency (UWV) and the General Business Register. It looked at companies in the temporary employment agencies and employment services sector (SBI 78). Companies whose temporary workers had been in employment for less than one full labour year in 2024 were excluded from the study.
