Overnight stays in the Netherlands made by visitors from abroad
Visitors who do not reside in the Netherlands, and who make one or more consecutive overnight stays in accommodation facilities. Guests who stay in an accommodation facility for more than two consecutive months are considered long-term guests and not included in this statistic. Asylum seekers and seasonal workers are not included, even if they are stay in an accommodation facility for less than two consecutive months. Each month, the number of guests leaving is recorded, regardless of which in month they arrived. A person can be counted as a guest more than once in a month at the same accommodation facility or in different accommodation facilities.
