Full-time equivalent (FTE) jobs

A measure of labour volume. Part-time jobs are measured in proportion to the working week length (excluding overtime and after deducting the ADV working time reduction). In determining the average work volume over a certain period of time, both the start date and end date of employment and the weekly working hours are taken into account. Two consecutive jobs each lasting six months together contribute one labour year to the annual average if they are full-time jobs, but less than one labour year if they are part-time jobs.
