The figure includes not only Ukrainian migrants who arrived from Ukraine regardless of their nationality, but also migrants holding Ukrainian nationality who arrived from elsewhere (outside Ukraine). For all these migrants the arrival date is later than 24 February 2022, the start of the war in Ukraine.
