Gross harvest yield

Total yield (total gross production) includes everything which has already been harvested or is expected to be harvested. Total yield also includes those crops which are not suitable for their original destination for a special reason. However, this only applies to crops which may still be utilised for various standard business purposes (e.g. potatoes which can only be used in livestock feed). As a result, total gross harvest yield is not equal to total trade production.
