Statistics Netherlands is subject to the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), a law that helps protect the privacy of citizens. Statistics Netherlands also observes the privacy requirements of the Statistics Netherlands Act, the European Statistics Code of Practice, the EU Statistical Law and the CBS Code of Conduct.
