Can other government bodies or organisations ask Statistics Netherlands (CBS) for data?
Statistics Netherlands never provides identifiable data to third parties, not even to other government bodies. Scientific institutions are sometimes granted access to pseudonymised data at the individual or company level, under very tight supervision. We refer to this type of data as microdata.
