How can I extend a project in its final month?

At the start of a project’s final month, the task ‘Project approaching end date’ is triggered. The project manager can then extend the project by opening the task and processing the extension. You can find the task within the project at the bottom in tab ‘Dossier’.

Please ensure that you select an end date that is the last day of the month and falls within the duration of the institutional authorisation.
