How can I add a researcher, authorized signatory, or onlooker to my project?

Log in to the CBS microdata portal and go to ‘My Projects.’ Select the project to which you want to add a researcher, authorized signatory, or onlooker.

Click on the "New" button under "Add team members" on the right side if you want to add someone from your own organization. Fill in the requested information and click "Create"
at the bottom of the page to confirm the request.

Click on the "New external team member" button under "Add team members" on the right side if you want to add someone from outside your organization. Fill in the requested information and click "Create" at the bottom of the page to confirm the request. Note: The organization of the external team member must also have an institutional authorization, and the new researcher/onlooker must have created an account on the CBS microdata portal via microdata.cbs.nl. It is important that the email address used when creating the external team member is one that the person actively uses.
