CBS Urban Data Centre/Venlo

As of April 2017, CBS and the municipality of Venlo have been working together in a CBS Urban Data Centre/Venlo. By contributing knowledge on such topics as data infrastructure, privacy and data quality, CBS is facilitating the city of Venlo in the collection, processing and analysis of local and regional data.

The CBS Urban Data Centre/Venlo collects data on, for example, the education level of local residents, traffic movements and the economic value of local businesses.
The centre is located in the town hall office of the municipality of Venlo.
