Housing unit
A building intended for housing which, from a construction perspective, is intended for permanent housing by a private household. It meets all criteria applicable to dwellings, except for having a kitchen fitted to prepare full meals and/or having a toilet.. The unit must be in a building that provides common facilities to compensate for the elements lacking in the unit.
