Quick-guide to online questionnaire on International Trade in Services by country.
This is a brief guide on how to report on the online questionnaire on International Trade in Services by country survey. You can find all information about this survey and all definitions of international services using the link Manual on International trade in services by country.
To open the online questionnaire, please go to https://vragenlijst.cbs.nl/ihdgo19.
In the letter you have received from Statistics Netherlands you can find your User name and the Access code. Log on filling in your User name and then Access code and, press on the yellow button “Akkoord” at the bottom of the page to proceed.
You will arrive at the introductory homepage. You can scroll further using the button “Volgende” at the bottom of the page.
On the following screen you have to report your services by export and/ or import. To help you to find a correct code of service, the name of service or a country code you can use the Sevices codes correspondence table and our Manual on International trade in services by country.
How to fill out the required information
Firstly, make your choice by using the Manual on International Trade in Services by country. You have to put the code of the service under the head “Code”, the name of the service appears automatically if you have put the correct code. Then you have to click for export of relevant service item under the head “Uitvoer” and for import of relevant service item under the head “Invoer”.
To proceed, click on “Volgende >” at the bottom of the page.
You will get an overview of services and/ or merchanting/ Dutch custom warehouses that you have chosen on export and import side.
How to report the country code and amount for the relevant service item
You have to click on the relevant service code. You will get a specific screen where you can report amount for export (or import) and the country for the relevant service code.
Under the heading “Landcode” you can enter he relevant country code. You can find it in Alphbetical list by name of country or region. In the last column you have to enter amount for export (or import) the relevant service item. Please, note: all amounts should be reported in thousands of euro's rather than rounded to the nearest euro. For example: an amount of € 23,669 has to be reported as 24.
Once you have filled out all the required fields, press “Volgende >” at the bottom of the page. You will get an overview of your figures for the specific service item. To verify, press “Akkoord” at the bottom of the page. To make a correction, press “Vorige” .
If you have nothing to declare
In case you haven’t had any transaction in the relevant quarter on export/ import of services or transit trade and warehousing you can click on
“In betreffende kwartaal géén uit- en invoer gehad” on the bottom of this page.
Then, proceed with the button “Volgende” , the page with contact information will appear.
At the very top of this page you're asked to give your comments to all significant fluctuations on service items with respect to the previous quarter.
Under the heading “Contactinformatie” you have to fill the name of the contact person, hereafter his/her phone number and e-mail address.
How to send your questionnaire
After you have filled all required contact information, please, click on the button “Volgende” . To send your questionnaire you have to press on the button “Verzenden” on the bottom of the final page.
You can always press the return button “Vorige” to see the details of your declaration.
An e-mail receipt will be sent to the e-mail address you have filled under the contact information.
