CBS is responsible for compiling and publishing figures on the production, deployment of personnel and finances of the business community in the Netherlands. To fulfil this task, we need companies to provide us with data. Completing this questionnaire is therefore required by law. The relevant legislation also authorises CBS to enforce this requirement. This means that if you do not provide us with the data, we may oblige you to do so. You cannot submit your annual accounts to CBS, as this is information we cannot process.
