Building vacancy rates

What is it?

Figures on vacancy rates of dwellings and commercial premises at district and/or neighbourhood level. It is also possible to map information on vacancy rates at address level. The municipality may be interested in the vacancy rate of commercial premises at address level, for example because it may want to adjust the site allocation plan, in which case the building must have been left vacant for a number of years.
